Not currently. We specialize in non-towing roadside assistance such as battery jumpstarts, diesel fuel delivery, and lockouts.
Which vehicles qualify as "heavy-duty"?
Box trucks, semi-trucks, diesel-powered vehicles, farm equipment and other commercial fleet vehicles.
Do you provide roadside help after hours?
Yes. Our heavy-duty roadside assistance is available 24-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Do you serve long-haul drivers or local fleets?
Both. We assist local and regional commercial drivers across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.
Heavy-duty Jump Start Info
Onward provides heavy-duty jumpstart attempts for semi trucks, box trucks, and commercial diesel vehicles. Our service includes battery testing, controlled voltage application, and professional-grade jump equipment.
Because diesel electrical systems are complex, a jumpstart does not guarantee the engine will start. Failures caused by starters, wiring, grounds, battery-bank imbalance, or ECM voltage drop cannot be corrected through a jumpstart.
If the vehicle does not start, any additional diagnostic time is billed separately.
