This rescue service provides enough emergency range to help reach home or the nearest available charging station. It is not intended to provide a complete battery charge or routine convenience charging.

EV tire service, lockouts, and 12-volt battery assistance are priced according to the applicable roadside service.

• Motorcycle Transport Beyond 45 Miles — $150 plus $2 per mile

Heavy-duty pricing may vary based on vehicle type, tire position, roadside conditions, required equipment, replacement parts, distance, and time on scene. Extended diagnostic labor is charged separately when the problem goes beyond the original roadside service request.

 

Winch-Out & Recovery

• Standard Winch-Out — $140

• Moderate Winch-Out — $180

 

Winch-out service is limited to controlled pull-outs and vehicle repositioning. Pricing may increase for extended recovery time, additional equipment, difficult terrain, multiple rigging changes, or situations beyond the standard service scope. Onward does not provide towing or accident recovery.

 

Fleet Roadside Pricing

Fleet roadside pricing is customized based on fleet size, vehicle types, coverage needs, service frequency, and requested response arrangements. Contact fleet@onwardroadside.net to discuss fleet service options.

• A $30 after-hours fee applies to calls dispatched between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
