How does flat-rate pricing work?
Our pricing is transparent and discussed before work begins whenever possible. Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, extended mileage, specialty equipment, or complex heavy-duty/commercial situations.
Do you charge hidden fees?
No. Onward believes in transparent, upfront pricing. Any additional charges for mileage, specialty services, after-hours response, or extended labor are clearly communicated before work proceeds.
Do you provide roadside battery replacement?
Yes. Onward provides mobile battery replacement services for many passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and select heavy-duty applications at your home, business, or roadside location.
Do you replace tires roadside?
Yes. We provide roadside tire changes, spare tire installation, roadside tire replacement assistance, trailer tire service, RV tire service, and select heavy-duty commercial tire support.
What if I don’t have a spare tire?
Many newer vehicles no longer include spare tires. If your tire cannot be repaired and no spare is available, Onward can often assist with sourcing and facilitating a replacement.
Do you provide towing services?
No — Onward specializes in roadside assistance only. Our services include battery jump starts, fuel delivery, vehicle lockouts, tire services, EV rescue charging, and winch-out/recovery. We do not provide full towing services.
Do you provide heavy-duty roadside assistance?
Yes. Onward provides heavy-duty roadside services for semi trucks, commercial vehicles, box trucks, diesel work trucks, fleets, buses, and Class A motorhomes.
Do you provide diesel fuel delivery?
Yes. Emergency diesel fuel delivery is available for commercial trucks, work vehicles, fleet vehicles, and heavy-duty roadside situations.
Do you offer heavy-duty jump starts?
Yes. We provide professional high-capacity jump start service for semi trucks, box trucks, diesel commercial vehicles, and other qualifying heavy-duty equipment.
Do you offer heavy-duty tire service?
Yes. Onward provides heavy-duty roadside tire service including mounted spare installation and select commercial tire replacement support.
What counts as a “jump start attempt”?
A jump start attempt includes connecting professional jump equipment, battery testing, and safe power application. If the vehicle fails to start due to deeper issues, additional diagnostic labor may apply.
Do you unlock semi trucks or commercial vehicles?
Yes. We provide commercial and heavy-duty lockout services for qualifying vehicles.
Do you provide EV roadside assistance?
Yes. Onward provides dedicated EV roadside assistance including mobile EV rescue charging, EV tire service, EV lockouts, and roadside support for electric vehicle owners throughout Southwest Ohio.
How is mobile EV rescue charging different from towing?
In many situations, mobile EV rescue charging is faster, less disruptive, and more affordable than towing—providing enough charge to safely reach home or the nearest charger.
Do you offer fleet roadside assistance?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, most major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods on site.
Can I schedule non-emergency service?
Yes. Scheduled service requests are available for non-emergency needs such as battery replacement, Mobile EV Charging, tire replacement coordination, fleet service, and other planned roadside support.
