What types of vehicles do you service?

We support passenger cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, electric vehicles, motorcycles, commercial vans, work trucks, box trucks, fleet vehicles, RVs, campers, trailers, buses, Class A motorhomes, semi-trucks, and other commercial vehicles. Service availability may depend on the vehicle, equipment required, and roadside conditions.

Is Onward available 24 hours?

Yes. Onward provides 24-hour roadside assistance, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Response times and technician availability may vary depending on service demand and location.

How quickly can you get to me?

Response times vary based on location, traffic, weather, and current service demand. We reach many customers within 45 minutes, but we’ll provide an honest estimated arrival time before dispatching.

How does your pricing work?

Many Onward services use a flat or base service rate that is communicated before dispatch. Additional costs may apply for mileage, after-hours response, replacement parts, fuel, tires, batteries, specialty equipment, extended labor, or complex commercial situations. Applicable taxes and payment-processing fees are disclosed separately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, most major credit and debit cards, and approved mobile payment methods. For our commercial customers or trucking companies, we also accept EFS checks. Payment is due when service is completed unless prior billing arrangements have been established.

Do I need a roadside-assistance membership?

No. Onward provides direct, pay-per-service roadside assistance with no membership required. Fleet and commercial customers may contact us about ongoing service arrangements.

Do you provide towing services?

No. Onward specializes in non-towing roadside assistance, including tire service, battery service, lockouts, fuel delivery, EV rescue charging, and controlled winch-outs. Motorcycle transport is available, but we do not currently tow passenger or commercial vehicles.

Can you repair or replace a tire if I don’t have a spare?

In many situations, yes. Onward provides qualifying tire repairs, roadside tire replacement assistance, and replacement-tire coordination for passenger vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles. Tire availability depends on the required size, type, location, and time of service.

Can you replace a battery at my location?

Yes. Onward provides on-site battery replacement for many passenger vehicles, electric vehicle 12-volt systems, commercial vehicles, and select heavy-duty applications. Replacement availability depends on the required battery, vehicle configuration, and manufacturer procedures.

Do you provide heavy-duty and commercial roadside assistance?

Yes. Onward supports semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, box trucks, buses, work trucks, fleets, and Class A motorhomes with tire service, battery jump starts and replacement, diesel fuel delivery, and commercial vehicle lockouts. Visit our Heavy-Duty Roadside page for complete service information.

Do you provide EV roadside assistance?

Yes. Onward provides mobile EV rescue charging, EV tire service, vehicle lockouts, and 12-volt battery support. Rescue charging is intended to provide enough emergency range to reach home or a nearby charging station—not to provide a complete or routine charge.

Do you offer fleet roadside assistance?

Yes. Onward provides roadside support for small and medium-sized fleets, including contractors, service companies, delivery fleets, and commercial work vehicles. Custom pricing and service arrangements are available through fleet@onwardroadside.net.

Can I schedule non-emergency service?

Yes. Scheduled appointments may be available for battery replacement, tire installation or mounting, motorcycle transport, fleet-yard service, and other planned service needs. Mobile EV charging is reserved for rescue situations and is not offered as routine convenience charging.

What information should I have when calling?

Provide your exact location, vehicle type, make and model, the problem you’re experiencing, and whether you have a usable spare tire or replacement part. Photos may also help us confirm the required equipment and provide a more accurate quote and estimated arrival time.
