How does your flat-rate pricing work?

Our pricing is upfront and transparent. You’ll always know the flat rate before service starts. Additional fees apply only for after-hours calls, mileage beyond a standard radius, or extended diagnostic time at the customer’s request.

Do you provide towing services?

No — Onward specializes in roadside assistance only. Our services include battery jump starts, fuel delivery, vehicle ockouts, tire services, EV rescue charging, and winch-out/recovery. We do not provide full towing services.

What is included in a heavy-duty jump start?

Heavy-duty jump starts include professional, high-amperage attempts to start semi trucks, box trucks, and commercial diesel vehicles. Due to system complexity, a jump start may not resolve deeper electrical or mechanical issues.

What counts as a “jump start attempt”?

A jump start attempt includes connecting professional jump equipment, battery testing, and safe power application. If the vehicle fails to start due to deeper issues, additional diagnostic labor may apply.

Why do heavy-duty calls cost more?

Heavy-duty vehicles require specialized equipment, higher power output, and additional expertise. This ensures safe, high-amperage connection for commercial vehicles and minimizes risk to electrical systems.

Do you offer roadside assistance for electric vehicles (EVs)?

Yes — we provide mobile EV rescue charging to deliver enough charge when your electric vehicle dies to reach a nearby charger or get you safely home, which helps reduce the need for towing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, most major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods on site.

Can I request service in advance for non-emergencies?

Yes — we have a scheduled service request option for non-emergency support. However, emergency roadside situations should be handled by calling us directly; 513-951-5500.

Do you offer fleet roadside assistance services?

Yes — we provide dedicated fleet roadside services for small to medium business fleets. Contact us to discuss custom pricing and priority dispatch options: fleet@onwardroadside.net
