About Our Motorcycle Services
Onward provides mobile EV rescue charging and electric vehicle roadside assistance throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. When an EV battery is depleted or reaches 0%, we bring Level 2 charging directly to the vehicle, providing enough emergency range to help the driver reach home or the nearest charging station—not a complete battery charge. Most vehicles receive approximately 10–15 miles of range in 15–20 minutes or 20–25+ miles in 30–45 minutes, although charging speed and range vary by vehicle, battery condition, and environmental factors.
Our EV roadside services also include vehicle lockouts and emergency tire assistance, including repair or replacement coordination for EVs without spare tires. Onward is locally owned and operated, with transparent flat-rate pricing and direct communication from a local technician. When EV drivers need help, we show up.

Yes. We provide motorcycle tire mounting and installation at homes, workplaces, and qualifying roadside locations. Availability depends on the motorcycle, wheel configuration, tire requirements, location, and roadside conditions.
What if my motorcycle has a dead battery or won’t start?
Onward can provide battery assistance and help determine whether the motorcycle can be safely returned to service. If the problem cannot be resolved roadside, we can securely transport the motorcycle to your home, dealership, or repair shop.
Do you tow motorcycles?
Onward provides dedicated motorcycle transport using equipment and securement methods designed for motorcycles. Although customers may refer to it as motorcycle towing, your bike is loaded and transported rather than pulled behind a traditional tow truck.
Can you transport my motorcycle to a dealership or repair shop?
Yes. We transport motorcycles to dealerships, repair facilities, residences, storage locations, and other approved destinations. We can also assist with scheduled transport for private purchases, sales, and non-running motorcycles.
Do you offer long-distance motorcycle transport?
Onward focuses on local and regional motorcycle service throughout Southwest Ohio. Scheduled long-distance and specialty motorcycle transport may be available through our logistics division, SOHIO Logistics.
What information should I provide when requesting motorcycle service?
Tell us your location, motorcycle year, make and model, the problem you are experiencing, and whether the motorcycle is upright and accessible. For tire service, provide the tire size and let us know whether you already have a replacement tire. Photos may help us confirm the equipment and service required.
