Welcome to Onward Roadside Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Onward Roadside Solutions offers 24-hour roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

Jump starts

Fuel delivery (gasoline/diesel)

Mobile EV charging
Services are subject to availability and location coverage areas.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old

Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Are providing truthful and accurate information
If you request services on behalf of a business or another party, you warrant that you are authorized to do so.
3. Payment Terms

Pricing: Services are billed at flat-rate pricing unless otherwise stated. Rates are displayed before confirmation and are subject to change.

Due Date: Payment is due in full at the time of service completion.

Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payment apps (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and other approved payment platforms.

Non-Payment: If a payment method fails, service may be withheld until resolved. Failure to remit payment may result in collections activity and/or denial of future services.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Requests canceled prior to dispatch may be eligible for a full refund. Once a technician is en route or on-site, cancellation may incur a service fee.

Refunds: All refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Refunds will be issued only for services not rendered or if a failure occurred that was due to our team’s negligence. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the agreed location/time, or cannot be reached, your service may be canceled without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Onward Roadside Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on our website or marketing content without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, we are not liable for:

Delays or failure due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, emergencies)

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Any costs related to vehicle towing, repairs, or follow-up services unless explicitly provided by us
Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Warranties
Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding service timing, outcomes, or any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and stored.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service to any individual or entity for violations of these terms or for any behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Butler County, Ohio. Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service-Specific Disclaimers
Addendum to Terms & Conditions | Onward Roadside Solutions
To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and company, the following disclaimers apply to specific services offered by Onward Roadside Solutions:
1. Tire Services & Specialty Vehicle Tires (RV, Trailer, Camper)
Onward Roadside Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage to tires, wheels, lug nuts, studs, or rims.
Tire services for specialty vehicles (including RVs, campers, and trailers) are performed on a best-effort basis. Service availability may be limited by equipment compatibility, tire type, or roadside conditions.
2. Lockout Services
While our technicians use non-invasive techniques and industry-standard tools, Onward Roadside Solutions is not liable for minor cosmetic damage to weather stripping, door frames, or locking mechanisms that may occur during entry.
Certain vehicles may require dealership assistance or towing if non-destructive entry is not possible.
3. Jump Start & Battery Services
Jump start services are performed at the customer's request. Onward Roadside Solutions is not responsible for failures or damage resulting from pre-existing battery, alternator, or electrical system issues.
If a battery install is performed with a customer-provided battery, the customer assumes all responsibility for compatibility and functionality. We do not warranty batteries not provided directly through our network.
4. Fuel Delivery
Fuel delivery is performed based on customer request. The customer is responsible for confirming the correct fuel type for their vehicle (gasoline or diesel).
Onward Roadside Solutions is not liable for engine damage caused by misfueling, pre-existing issues, or the use of contaminated fuel not sourced by us.
5. Motorcycle Towing & Transport
Motorcycle towing and transport are performed using specialized equipment and care. However, customers must disclose any mechanical issues, loose parts, or modifications that may affect loading or securing.

6. Mobile EV Charging
Mobile EV charging is intended as a temporary emergency solution to provide enough range to reach a permanent charging station. Charging duration and effectiveness vary based on vehicle make, model, battery capacity, and weather conditions.
Onward Roadside Solutions is not responsible for any malfunctions or failures stemming from internal EV system issues, battery degradation, or manufacturer-specific errors.
