There are three main EV roadside service categories:

1. Emergency EV Roadside Assistance – Immediate help when your EV won’t start due to a dead battery, lockout, or flat tire.

2. Rescue EV Charging – On-site mobile EV charging when your battery runs out and there’s no nearby charger.

3. Convenience EV Charging – Scheduled or valet-style charging at home, work, or locations without installed chargers. (Additional costs associated with this service. COMING SOON)

• Change or repair flat tires on EVs and electric vehicles

• Provide mobile EV charging to get enough power to drive again

How It Works

1. You call (513-951-5500) or submit a roadside request

2. We dispatch a mobile EV roadside service truck

3. Our trained technician arrives with the right tools

4. After service, you’re safely back on the road

 

Rescue Charging & Roadside Assistance Rates

Mobile EV Rescue Charging (Emergency): Flat Rate – $125

Mobile Tire Change - $85

Covers dispatch, labor, and on-site service with no per-minute or per-kWh fees.
